This content will appear on our website and on RADIOQ's iOS and Android apps. You may revoke this license at any time by requesting the removal of your radio station from our service. By granting this license, you confirm that you have the right to use this content and it does not violate the rights of third parties.

6. Termination of cooperation

RADIOQ may terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice for any reason, including violation of our Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is." RADIOQ makes no warranty of any kind as to their performance, accuracy or content. We are not responsible for possible problems with radio station broadcasts or interruptions to our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Subscriptions

RADIOQ offers subscriptions for additional features and content in our iOS and Android apps. Subscriptions automatically renew unless disabled by the user.

9.1 Subscription Purchase

Subscriptions are available for in-app purchase at the prices shown. Subscription fees will be automatically charged to your in-app store account.

9.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off by the user 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

9.3 Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription in your account settings in the app store. Canceling a subscription does not result in a refund for the current period, but access to paid features will remain available until the end of the paid period.
